Evergreens planted on the north and west side of your yard will stop the wind for about five times their height. A tree that grows to be thirty feet tall, will give good wind protection to a home one hundred and fifty feet away. After that there is still some protection, but it begins to drop off. Seeding & Sodding
Aug. & Sept. are ideal times to get your lawn established! Sodding can be done even later. Our special seed mix is mechanically sown (like the sod farms do) to produce a beautiful lawn.

We grow and sell a large variety of rare plants including dwarf, weeping, and columnar trees. We have many varieties of unique evergreens, beech trees, magnolias, cypress, and maples.
The gingko is the oldest known living tree. Fossils from the leaves have been found from prehistoric times.
